Let's Get Started !
Step 1: Take a piece of pattern paper measuring 6x4 inches
Draw a circle taking radius of 1.5 inches.
Step 2: Cut it out to make a window.
Step 3: Take a card base and trace the circle on it
Cut it out to make a window.
Step 4: Draw any figure but they should be the mirror images of each other.
Colour them and fussy cut them.
Step 5: Take a piece of strong thread and stick it on back of one figure.
Then glue both the figures together.
Step 6: Stick the ends of thread to the card base as shown.
Step 7: Cover the card base with pattern paper.
At last put the sentiments and bow to hide the thread marks.
And it's done ☺️
