Step 1: Take two tags ( these are scraps from my stash ) if you don't have one then cut a tag shape out of any pattern paper.

Step 2: Take white cardstock fold it in half and trace the tag shape on it and cut it out.

Step 3: Paste both the tags on white cardstock as shown.

Let's get started with the first tag.

Now it's turn for the second one.

And it's DONE ! ☺️
